Lana has earned recognition as a fellow of the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences.
Dr del Porto completed her medical degree at The University of Sydney, graduating with honours. She completed her ophthalmology training at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne and subsequently undertook two years of fellowship training at the prestigious Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.
Lana serves as a specialist at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, where she teaches cataract and squint surgery to the training doctors.
